Our training positions
Office Management Apprentice (m/f/d)During your apprenticeship, you will gain experience in various areas of the company and receive a comprehensive insight into EVAG’s commercial business processes. You will actively work within our departments and gradually take on your own responsibilities.
Aufgaben
- Working in Human Resources and supporting administrative processes
- Assisting with workforce planning and staff scheduling
- Gaining insight into financial accounting and invoice processing
- Supporting administrative tasks in the vehicle workshop
- Assisting with purchasing and procurement processes
- Organizing, coordinating, and optimizing office and business operations
- Communicating with employees, customers, and business partners
- Using modern office and information systems

Profil / Anforderungen
- A good intermediate school certificate, advanced technical college entrance qualification, or university entrance qualification
- An interest in commercial processes and organizational tasks
- Enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills
- Professional appearance, teamwork skills, and reliability
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications or willingness to learn them
- Careful and structured way of workingInitiative, willingness to learn, and a sense of responsibility
