During their 3-year period of training they will be working in areas where they will be learning proactively to complete the various tasks their job involves in a function and process oriented manner.
In the course of their training, acquisition of professional skills will have the same priority as building up soft skills including the ability to mesh with various departments, become a successful team player, handle internal and external communications, develop resilience to workload and expand their organisational capabilities.
